Million Leader Mandate: Phase I 2004-2006 The 3 year initiative has been completed. The launch of the Million Leaders Mandate took effect through conferences held at key locations throughout southern Africa. Million Leaders Mandate continues to spread even after the official events, with leaders continuing to teach the material in their areas. MLM is now in its third generation and 217,000 leaders have been trained and developed through the MLM curriculum as of 2006. |
